I found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It is close to shopping areas and Elizabeth Quay. The bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. They always seemed happy.

The reception had a beautiful design. it smelled amazing (i even bought some of the scent!). the staff were attentive and friendly. They helped me with directions.
The room i had was noisy. i could hear people in the hallway talking. the bed was uncomfortable. It felt old and not supportive.

The room size was definitely a downside. i had a hard time maneuvering with my luggage (it was the petite queen room). also, the noise levels were quite high. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and in nearby rooms. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult. the parking was also a challenge. The spaces were very tight, and it was stressful navigating the car in and out of the building.
