overall a tidy stay
beautiful king room attentive staff pc problem laptop charger
the location was good (very central). my beautiful king room was clean and quiet. the staff were friendly.
they followed my advice to check me in manually. i forgot a laptop charger and they wanted to charge me $30 for sending it to me.

convenient location comfortable bed helpful staff
I found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It is close to shopping areas and Elizabeth Quay. The bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff. They always seemed happy.
I noticed there was not enough hanging space in the room. This.

amazing scent friendly staff noisy room uncomfortable bed
The reception had a beautiful design. it smelled amazing (i even bought some of the scent!). the staff were attentive and friendly. They helped me with directions.
The room i had was noisy. i could hear people in the hallway talking. the bed was uncomfortable. It felt old and not supportive.

small room tight parking
The room size was definitely a downside. i had a hard time maneuvering with my luggage (it was the petite queen room). also, the noise levels were quite high. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and in nearby rooms. it made getting a good night's sleep difficult. the parking was also a challenge. The spaces were very tight, and it was stressful navigating the car in and out of the building.
